Fees & Services
We believe in complete transparency when it comes to our fees. Our goal is to ensure you’re fully aware of all costs upfront, with no hidden fees or surprises. You’ll find a comprehensive breakdown of our charges listed in multiple locations for your convenience.
Our fees fall into these main categories: Consigner, Tag and Plate Services, and Buyer’s Premium.
Please note that some fees, such a Sales Tax and Credit Card Processing Fees, are mandated and not set by us.

Note: you are welcome to come to our live auction even if you are not eligible to bid online.
Purchase Fees
Everything must be paid by 5pm the day of the Auction
Sales Tax, which is 7%, will be charged on each purchase
Online bidding fee is 3% on your total purchase
If you are paying with a credit card there will be a 3.75% fee added to your total purchase.
Note – We accept cash, most major debit or credit cards, cashiers’ checks and wire transfers
Bidding Rules
You DO NOT have to be a Florida resident to participate in our in person on site auction.
- You must be at least 18 years of age to bid.
- You must be at least 16 years of age to attend.
- Items must be removed by the Thursday following the auction unless other arrangements are made. After Thursday. We will store your item for 30 days from the auction date and will charge a $10 per day storage fee.
- We do not offer shipping.
- Everything must be paid by 5 pm the day of the sale.

Consignor Fees
Our fees are on a sliding scale.
The higher the purchase price, the lower the fee.
Note – If your vehicle is older than 15 years (2010 or earlier) there is a $50.00 fee for using a reserve amount. Otherwise, the vehicle will be an absolute auction (highest bid wins).

Buyer’s Premium Fee
