Titles Take 4 to 6 weeks!

If you require a faster title process, you have the option to pay a Fast Title fee of $60 in addition to the regular $195 title fee.

Bidding Rules

 Note:

For Online bidding only, you will be required to submit a copy of:

  • a valid drivers license,
  • front and back of a credit card in the same name as the driver’s license, and
  • proof of funds from your bank up to your bidding limit if you are out of state.

You will get a call from a representative shortly after you register by clicking the Register Online button above. They will direct you where to send the documents.

You DO NOT have to be Florida resident to participate in our in person on site auction.

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to bid.
  • You must be at least 16 years of age to attend.
  • Items must be removed by the Thursday following the auction unless other arrangements are made.
  • We do not offer shipping.
  • Everything must be paid by 5pm the day of the sale.

Bidding Fees

  • Everything must be paid by 5pm the day of the sale.
  • Sales tax will be added to every item which is 7%.
  • Online bidding fee is 2%
  • Our buyers premium for online bidder are ( 25% under $499.99), ($500.00 – 999.99 is 17%) and ($1000.00 – $10,000 is 12%) and ($10,000 and up is 7%).
  • There will be a( $195.00 admin fee) charge to title items.
  • If you are paying with a credit card there will be a 3.75% fee added to your purchase.

Business Built on Integrity and Passion

Shane Tyler has lived a life of entrepreneurship mixed with a great passion to help those in need. Starting his first business in 2002 at the age of 18, Shane progressed from a shop selling tools, to an automotive repair shop and eventually to a used car dealership which he successfully ran for 14 years.

As his business prospered, Shane was better able to help those in need. He opened a nonprofit agency to help the homeless and addicted get back on their feet. This developed rapidly in to a ministerial calling that Shane met by opening a church and became its pastor. Four successful years later, the church is now known as Harvest at the Barn and is located in Davenport, FL.

As Shane built his automobile dealership, he became intrigued with the auction business. He attended auction school and received his auctioneer’s license. He then transitioned his dealership into an auction house. This became known as Central Florida Auction in 2019.
